Who is C.A.M. and who is the C.S.A. and who is the Property Owner's Association and what are their functions?
The Community Services Association (C.S.A.) is your Homeowner's Association and you automatically became a member of this association when you purchased your property. Control of this Board, for the first time in over twenty years, is controlled by the residents and no longer the developers. Community Asset Management (C.A.M.) is a privately owned company that is hired by the C.S.A. to perform the day to day management of the subdivision's common area maintenance, security, and deed restriction enforcement under the guidance of the C.S.A. C.A.M. receives it directives from the C.S.A. Board and is paid through your yearly assessment fee for the duties they perform.
